Safety Program/Safety Manual Development

 

We can develop, or assist you in developing your HSE Program.  Whether you need

simple legislative compliance, a Certificate of Recognition (COR), or have to meet client or

prequalifcation company standards.  We can also update your existing manual or system.

 

Dave Ferro has 25 years experience in Health and Safety as is a former member of the Alberta Construction

Safety Association's board of Directors.

 

We use a three, or if you prefer, a four step process:

 

1) Consultation

 

Step one in the process is a consultation so that we understand exactly what you want and need

in your safety program.  We use a manual element checklist system to ensure that your instructions are fully

captured.

 

2) Creation

 

Based on the information obtained in the consultation, DF Safety will create a customized safety program.

This can be done rapidly if you have a deadline to meet.

 

3) Review

 

Step three is a review process where the manual is reviewed in detail with your key people.  Changes and edits are made and the manual will be finalized.

 

4) Training & Implementation (Optional)

 

Training and implementation is optional.  If you are comfortable with implementing your safety program without assistance then you may do so, however, many of our clients ask for a half day training session to get them off to a good start.
